Our boozy pastry this month embodies summer at Wimbledon in London - strawberries and cream, but with a Spanish twist.
A fresh strawberry sponge marries with a strawberry mousse, while a creamy vanilla insert holds crispy strawberries. A Cava Brut jelly adds a touch of sourness to create balance in every bite.

Our Story
Camille & Nandé met at a restaurant in London, UK, and became fast friends. Together, we have over 25 years of experience in the kitchen - and we are putting it to good use.
El Capítulo Dulce is a modern, luxurious patisserie dedicated to crafting exquisite pastries inspired by classic flavours and striking shapes, all against a backdrop of calming greenery and comforting books.
Each creation is meticulously prepared, from delicate sponges to rich mousses, offering a taste of elegance with every bite. Our sophisticated navy and gold color scheme and sleek design elements reflect the artistry and refinement that define our brand.
